Terms of use and disclaimer

These terms cover warehouse.md: the website, the WAREHOUSE.md skill file, the API at /api/v1 and the MCP server at /mcp (together, “warehouse.md”). By using warehouse.md you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.

In short: use it at your own risk. Information here may be inaccurate or not current and isn’t verified, figures are estimates, nothing here is real estate, brokerage, leasing, legal or logistics or any other advice, warehouse.md never lists or holds real space, signs leases or booking agreements, pays deposits or gives a quote, and you are responsible for what your agents do.

1.Use at your own risk

warehouse.md is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use it at your own risk.

2.Information may be wrong or out of date

warehouse.md shows no third-party data: no prices, rates, fees, market data or provider data, and it fetches nothing from other sites. Every number a tool uses comes from your request or from a generic formula the tool states. Those formulas are simplifications. They can be wrong for your case, and the skill and this site can be inaccurate, incomplete or not current.

Check every figure yourself, with the people and sources you rely on, before you act on it.

3.Not advice

Nothing here is real estate, brokerage, leasing, legal, tax, insurance, engineering, fire-code or safety advice, a listing, a quote, or an offer to rent or lease space. Nothing on warehouse.md is a recommendation or endorsement of any provider, product or service. The WAREHOUSE.md skill is guidance for software agents and doesn’t guarantee any outcome.

The tools calculate, compare and check what you send against rules you choose. They don’t approve, enforce, certify or verify anything, including anyone’s identity, they can miss problems, and a clean result isn’t an approval or an assurance. Nothing on warehouse.md makes anything compliant with a law, regulation or standard, legally valid, or safe.

warehouse.md is not a real estate broker, agent or salesperson, a landlord, a warehouse operator, a logistics provider, a marketplace, an insurer, a bank or a payment service. It doesn’t list, hold, rent, lease, sublease or broker space, doesn’t introduce anyone, takes no fee or commission from anyone, and nothing on it is a listing, an offer, a solicitation, a quote, a rate, a hold or a booking.

warehouse.md has no listings, availability, vacancy, rent, rate, fee or market data of its own, and fetches nothing from other sites. Spaces, rates, terms and dates come only from you and the providers you deal with. The only built-in numbers are unit conversions, calendar math and a few common planning conventions (a 48 x 40 in pallet, typical aisle widths and rack clearances, a road-to-straight-line distance factor), each labeled as a default you can change; real measurements, drawings and the provider’s figures win.

Results are estimates on the numbers you send. Space plans are geometric estimates: they don’t check building, fire or sprinkler codes, rack design or anchoring, floor loads, seismic rules, permits, zoning or occupancy, and racking and high-piled storage need qualified people and the local authority’s approval. Cost comparisons are not quotes, invoices or lease analyses, and real costs can differ.

Hazardous, temperature-controlled, food, medical and other regulated goods need trained, certified people and their own rules. Nothing here classifies, approves or advises on them, and the skill tells an agent to stop and ask.

Negotiation plans are arithmetic on the rates and limits you send and a few stated patterns. They don’t predict what any provider will accept, and they aren’t legal, brokerage or leasing advice. The skill tells an agent to negotiate honestly: no invented offers, budgets, deadlines or needs.

WAREHOUSE.md files, the starters and the checker describe a file format. A clean check, a terms hash or a recorded yes is a record you keep, not an approval, a signature, a contract or proof that anyone agreed to anything. A hold or a booking exists only when the provider confirms it in writing, under their own terms.

Approval amounts, limits and the other settings you choose are your own. The tools only do the arithmetic, and a result within your limits, an offer that fits or a ready booking packet is not an approval. The skill tells an agent that every lease, license, booking, deposit and payment is yours to make and sign and that it only prepares them; you remain responsible for what your agent does, including any message it sends for you and anything it says about you.

Nothing on warehouse.md creates a contract between you and any landlord, warehouse operator or other party; any deal you make is between you and them. Planned items are not live, have no dates and may change or never happen.

4.You’re responsible for your agents

warehouse.md never lists or holds real space, signs leases or booking agreements, pays deposits or gives a quote. Anything your agents do runs on your own accounts, under the terms of the services you use, at your cost. You are responsible for the settings you choose, for approvals, for your credentials and for following every service’s terms and the law. Settings an agent drafted are yours only once you agree to them.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators and contributors of warehouse.md against any claim, loss or cost arising from your use of warehouse.md, your agents’ actions, or your dealings with landlords, warehouse operators, providers, brokers or anyone else.

5.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators and contributors of warehouse.md are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, data, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, warehouse.md or any information from it, even if told such loss was possible. Where liability can’t be excluded, our total liability is limited to US$100.

6.Sources and trademarks

The skill and the tools use generic terms and public, generic formulas. Names of units, standards and file formats are used only to describe them and imply no affiliation. Examples use made-up spaces, places and numbers; any likeness to a real one is chance.

Where code on warehouse.md (for example, an install command or a configuration file name) mentions a tool, client or service so that it works with it, that name is a trademark of its owner, used only for compatibility. warehouse.md is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. If you own a mark and want us to change how we use it, write to us and we’ll act promptly.

7.Acceptable use

Don’t overload, attack or try to disrupt warehouse.md, and don’t use it to break the law or anyone else’s terms. We may rate-limit, block, change or stop any part of warehouse.md at any time, without notice.

8.Privacy

warehouse.md has no accounts, sets no cookies and asks for no personal information. To learn what’s useful, we count page views, copies, skill fetches and API and MCP calls with anonymous server-side events. We store no IP addresses: a one-way daily hash of the IP address and browser string counts unique visitors, and the country comes from our host’s request headers. Counting runs only on the live site, and visiting with ?internal=1 turns it off in that browser.

Settings and anything you send to a tool are used only to answer that request. warehouse.md doesn’t store them and doesn’t send their values to analytics: only the tool name, a known preset name and how many settings were given. Our host keeps standard server logs.

9.License

The WAREHOUSE.md skill and this site’s code are under the MIT License. Anything owned by third parties is not covered by that license.

10.Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use means you accept it.

The changelog, the updates shown on the page and any list of planned work describe what has shipped and what we are weighing. They are information, not a commitment to build, keep or support anything, and planned items can change or be dropped without notice.
