Changed. The site, the skill and the file format are singular now: WAREHOUSE.md at https://warehouse.md, the skill named warehouse, files that start with warehouse: 1, and the tools check_warehouse_md, build_warehouse_md and warehouse_template. warehouses.md and the old paths and tool names redirect here with a 308, so GET and POST both keep working, and files that say warehouses: 1 still check. ### 2026-10-29, version 1.0: warehouse.md 1.0: the skill, WAREHOUSE.md and ten tools

New. A skill for agents that size, find, compare, negotiate and book warehouse space inside the person's limits, with settings for space, location, dates, money, negotiation and approvals. WAREHOUSE.md, a working file per space search with a spec, a JSON Schema, test vectors, a local library and starters. Approvals bind to a terms hash, so a booking whose terms changed after the yes fails the check. Tools: space_calc, compare_spaces, lease_or_flex, location_fit, negotiation_plan, check_offer, check_warehouse_md, build_warehouse_md, booking_packet and warehouse_template. Ideas being weighed (not promised):

- Provider replies in the format: An offer message a provider's agent can send back, so counters and holds land in WAREHOUSE.md without retyping.
- Dock time: Plan dock doors and appointment slots from inbound and outbound volumes.
- Block plans: A simple drawing of the racked block, aisles and staging that space_calc sized.
